Gross National Happiness (GNH) is a philosophy that guides the government of Bhutan. It includes an index which is used to measure the collective happiness and well-being of a population. Gross National Happiness is instituted as the goal of the government of Bhutan and Bhutan is ranked as the highest countries in the world.

We have ever invited Mr. Phuntsho Rapten, formerly worked in Centre for Bhutan Studies as Chief Research Officer extensively on GNH, to conduct a intensive sharing at Thimphu, Bhutan.

In addition, due to stressful working environment, we have invited another master to conduct a workshop called “ How to apply mindfulness and to make yourself peace day to day”.
