We understand that good manners and etiquette, which are based on common sense, should be universal. We help everyone to become more aware of, and sensitive to, the ways in which they conduct their lives.

We have been working with William and organizing different Afternoon Tea Etiquette Workshops at Fortnum & Mason and the Ritz London.

William continues to work with worldwide brands, advising on matters of civility, good taste and politesse. William’s attention to detail and no-nonsense approach is well noted and appreciated by his discerning clientele.

His private client list is strictly confidential; some of his corporate clients include: Barclay’s, Bentley, Champagne Bollinger, Chopard, Cunard, Falke, Green & Black’s, Johnson & Johnson, Red Carnation Hotels, Saudi British Bank, Standard Chartered, the Supreme Court, Telefonica and Time Inc.

He is the author of the bestselling irreverent and indispensable manual of modern-day social climbing, The Bluffer’s Guide to Etiquette, which was released in January 2014.

A regular contributor to global media not only as an etiquette expert but also as an astute social commentator, William continues to be seen on outlets and programmes such as BBC News, ITV This Morning, CNN, ITV Let’s Do Lunch with Gino & Mel, Sky News and is to be heard regularly on numerous BBC radio stations – including his regular segment on BBC Radio 2’s Steve Wright in the Afternoon.
